Let People Admire You At Your 50’s !

Hey People,

We all want a healthy lifestyle. We all are leading a very busy and hectic life. We go to office in a hustle bustle, we don't care about our food much.
We don't take a proper sleep and always party.
So here I would like to share something we all want. Looking great and full of life at our 50’s!
There are few things that need to change in our living so that we have a cheerful, healthy and wealthy life.

1) Quit Smoking and Junk food
Do you want to spend your life coughing and going to doc at your older age?
Nobody wants it. Cigarettes always causes health issues. If not now, then may be 5-10 years later. It’s time to quit smoking and lead a healthy lifestyle.
Take good care of your health. Avoid junk food and remain healthy. Junk food causes constipation and stomach illness. Include healthy food in your diet.

2) Apply sun block cream.
The heat is increasing at a very high pace. And so the chances of skin damage. Apply sun block cream and enjoy the weather! The cream will reduce the skin damage and your skin will remain as young as always.

3) Save money even in small amounts!
There is a saying, “many drops make the ocean”.
I know it’s is very difficult at this age, as we have family responsibilities, But try to save it, may be in small amounts to having a bigger amount in your older age.

4) Maintain (or repair) relationships with parents and siblings.
As we grow older, we will understand that family is extremely important. We require family support everywhere. We feel strengthen when we have a good family. So try to maintain relation with your family and friends. Do not ever keep the grudges with them. Try to resolve them as early as possible.

5) Make memories and travel.
Go, the sun is calling. Enjoy the world with your family, friends. Make memories and cherish them. By traveling you will make new friends and new places will make you feel refresh. Travel and explore. The world has a lot many things to see. Take out time from busy life and plan at least one vacation every year.

6) Donate.
Donate generously to the needy. Try it out! It will give you inner peace and someone out there will be happy. Don’t expect anything in return.

7) Be active.
We all ignore our body at this age. But for a healthy lifestyle, you must exercise daily. You will see the change in few days.

8) Be Happy with what you have.
Be happy with what you have. Don’t compare your life with others. You never know their destinations and from where they have started. Remain calm and satisfied with whatever you have. Your face is the reflection of your happiness.

9) Achieve the life goals that you once set.
Go out and try whatever you have dream of. Go and try the car racing, buy home, open an amphitheater, Switch your job, learn an instrument, sway away with dance steps. The time is now to live your dreams. After 10 years from now, you should not think, that, I should have done that before! So start chasing your dreams.

10) Sleep properly.
Hey don’t go inside the phone once you are on bed. The bright light of phone is harmful for your eyes. Switch off all the lights, put the curtains on and go to sleep.
A good sleep will help you maintain your metabolism also.

11) Take care of your teeth and hair.
Doctors say that you should take care of teeth and hair. They can never be fixed, only repaired. Teeth once gone will never come back.
Start taking care of your hair. We don’t want to be bald at our old age.

12) Admire nature.
Let me ask you, how many of you have seen the moon or the stars yesterday. Most of the answers will be "we don't remember!"

There was a time when we used to admire the stars and constellations at night. We used to wait for trailing star and Dhruv tara - the pole star.

Go out, admire the trees, plants and the chirping birds. Admire the nature.
At my hometown, the sparrows make the nest every summers. We used to put rice, and water in bowl and saw them eat. The bird parents would make the nest and when the little ones are born, they used to feed them in their small beak. That view is lovely. I still remember it. The last day, my mother told me that there a new nest at the top near of terrace.

The world is very beautiful. It just needs your time.
Look awesome and gorgeous in your 50's as well.

For me everyday is Mothers Day !

Yes, it’s rightly said that daughters becomes mom’s best friend as they grow.
My daughter and I share a special bond which make everyday a mother’s day.

It was an amazing feeling when she first said, “Mamma”.
Little little things that we share bring us more close to each other day by day.
When she combs my hair with her little comb and put her clips on it, its mother’s day.
When we exchange kisses and hugs to each other, its mother’s day.
When she make drawings on my hand, its mother’s day.
When she puts cream on my wound, its mother’s day.
When she shares her food with me, its mother’s day.
When we watch cartoon together, its mother’s day.
When she request me for something which I had earlier said no, it’s mother’s day.
When we wait to meet each other after my office, its mother’s day.
When she helps me in preparing food (by playing with cutlery set), its mother day.
When we hug and sleep together in same blanket, its mother’s day.

I was born as a princess of my parents, then became sister of my brothers, got married and became a queen.
When my daughter took birth I transformed to a mother of our little “princess”

Cherishing every moment of a lady!

Happy mother’s day to all moms.

“Beti ka Baap” – A Blessing or a Curse

Welcome all Parents,

“Beti ka Baap”, a father of a daughter is considered as a curse by the society. But why? Just because the parents have to spend on daughter’s wedding? Why don’t they understand that the parents who have daughters are the luckiest. She loves them unconditionally. Even after getting married. She will never leave her parents in any circumstances.

When I was pregnant for 3-4 months, I was told that “Ladka hona chahiye – A boy should be born”. Hey wait a minute, how could I decide that it should be a boy. Scientifically, it all depends on the father. And if parents are happy with a baby girl, who are you to decide about the child. Will you let her learn the things? Will you help us in her education? Will you help us in her wedding? No, right!

One day, with tears in my eyes I asked my husband – Whether he wants a baby girl or baby boy. He said – It’s a gift of God, we must welcome whatever it is.

In subsequent months, sometimes I didn’t feel the kicks of the baby and I used to get tensed. My hubby used to read it from my eyes and he would touch the baby and asked to respond. Within seconds, I could feel the kicks. That was an amazing feeling. I used to tease him that it’s “Papa’s Child”.

When our daughter was born, my hubby was asked if he is happy or not. My eyes were waiting for his answer. He instantly said, “Yes, I love my daughter. In today’s world both are equal.”

I fall in love with him all over again with his response.

The society has no right to curse the parents for the birth of a daughter. We love our child, no matter it’s a boy or a girl.

Our daughter loves him a lot. Generally the child says “Mumma” first, but my daughter said “Papa” first.
May be she has heard what her father has replied to the society on her birth.

One more thing I didn’t like is that,
People don’t want to raise a daughter, they don’t want to educate her, they don’t want her to be independent, and they always curse her.
But then, why do they want to do “Kanyadaan – of a neighbor’s daughter”.
Do they really deserve the blessings of God?

Daughters are “Mumma’s darling and Papa’s princess”. They are unique themselves and their love is unconditional.
Love your daughter and spread the love.

I Owe to my Parents !

Sizzlingthoughtsforu - I Owe to my Parents

Unlike any other Indian family, my parents also wanted me to get married after college as I am eldest in my family. But I have different plans. I wanted to be independent, with a respectful job and with a handsome salary. I belong to a middle class family where we have to think twice before spending.

It was after my college when I went to Delhi in search for job. I used to search on net for walk-ins and go in search of job in not much a safer city Delhi. Sometimes either I don’t find the company good, or the package they offered was very less. I was getting frustrated day by day but my parents didn't loose trust of me. They gave me the confidence that I will surely get a good job.  And I would forgot everything and start studying again.

Then one fine day my father came to know about CDAC which is a government organization which has good diploma courses and provides a platform for good companies. My conscious didn't allow me give the exam but because my father wanted it, I gave the entrance exam and I got selected for the course.

When I went there I found people like me struggling for a good job. Luckily I have a good batch with nice friends who would share all the walk-ins details and we would go together everywhere. Some of them were getting selected one-by one.

Then came a day, when my instructor told me about an interview scheduled at a very reputed organization. I have never ever heard the name before. I said ok, let me try for this also. I got ready in the morning with the blessings of my parents and of course God and headed towards with my friends.

As we went there, we found a huge crowd, all techie minds trying to grab the text notes as much as they can. Our group was chilled out. We gave the written exam and Bravo! All of us got selected for HR and technical round. My technical jury was very happy with my answers. We were told that we will receive calls if we get selected.

I was waiting and waiting. One day, two days, three days passed - no calls received. Then on Thursday evening I received a call that I have been selected and offer letter has been sent on my email id. I was on cloud 9. My parents were so happy that can be seen from their face. We went for dinner that day. I thank my father for believing me that I would get a good job and getting me enrolled for that CDAC course. After I joined the organization, I came to know from my friends and relatives that it’s a dream organization for many people.

I am highly obliged to my parents, God and brothers for giving me confidence and faith to crack the best company interview.

10 Must Fun Learning Activities To Keep Kids Engaged At Home.

Hi Parents,

Here is a good news for you to keep kids engaged.

As  working  parents, it is very difficult to manage home, kids and office at the same time.
Daily routine starts with getting ready to office, preparing food and making kids ready for school. time just flies by in a hassle and bustle.

and yeah ! maids play a very important role in our lives. Without them its next to impossible to manage things.

Sometimes we want kids to get engaged in activities that enhance their skills and also we get some time to finish tasks of our home.

Here, I am presenting some very useful tricks for 2-3 year old kids.

1) Get kids engaged in coloring books which is their all time favorite. This will help them in identifying colors.
2) Stick the cardboard rolls (u can get it from toilet paper roll or aluminium foil roll) on the wall. Bring some crazy balls of medium size. And keep one bucket below the rolls. Ask the kids to throw the balls in the cardboard roll. Kids will learn coordination between eyes and hands.
3) Give them sticker book. They will enjoy taking out the sticker and sticking it back.
4) If you are folding clothes at home, give 2-3 towels to your kid and let him fold them. He will find it interesting and you will get quality time to spend with them.
5) Playing with the building blocks will help to develop eye-to-hand coordination and enhance motor skills. It will provide educational as well as entertainment value for your children.
6) Give them some dough. They will enjoy making different figures with it.
7) Kids love playing with ball. We may get exhausted but kids will go on playing with it.
8)Give them a paper and ask them to sketch whatever they want. They will make such lovely and cute drawings.
9) Play hide and seek with children.
10)Cut some pieces of fabric and place them in an empty wipes box. Let your baby pull out the scraps and again put it in the box. This will enhance motor skills.
These tricks will help you relaxed, keeping your baby engaged in fun loving and learning activities.
